On 29th December 2025, a field visit was conducted to Sub-Centre Gaigaon. During the visit, a high-risk area, namely the brick kiln factory located in Nimkarda farm area, was also visited.
During this visit, children aged 0 to 5 years were assessed and guided regarding routine immunization. In addition, eligible couples were met and provided counseling and guidance on menstrual health and hygiene.
Furthermore, home visits were conducted in village Nimkarda for children aged 0 to 5 years, pregnant women, and eligible couples, focusing on health awareness and follow-up services.
A group meeting was organized with local women who were facing issues related to menstruation. Their concerns were discussed in detail, and guidance was provided on menstrual health, personal hygiene, and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). Awareness was also created regarding the serious health hazards caused by tobacco and tobacco-related products.
Overall, the visit focused on preventive health care, community awareness, and promotion of healthy practices among vulnerable and high-risk populations.
