The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting raids at Vedanta's offices in Mumbai and Delhi. According to sources cited by the news agenicies, the searches are linked to royalty payments made by Vedanta to its parent company.  As per an update by news agency ANI, officials say that the ED is conducting raids on Vedanta Group under Foreign Exchange Management Act. Confirming the ED search operations, Vedanta said that it is cooperating with the officials. "We are extending full cooperation to the authorities and are providing all information sought. Company remains committed to compliance with all applicable laws & regulations. As the matter is currently under regulatory process, we are unable to comment further at this stage," Vedanta spokesperson told in a statement.
