This is the first of my collodion chat videos, which aren't really a series so much as just occasional videos that I want to do on different wet plate topics. Today's is one of my favorites: strobes. In this video I'll cover why you might want to use strobes for collodion, the types and power levels of strobes you might want to consider, and finally wrap up with a brief guide to buying Speedotron packs and heads in particular.
