Route 66 Road Trip Day 7 - Flagstaff, AZ to Barstow, CA - Massive Sandstorm, Donkeys & Angel Barber!

Описание: After a brief hiatus from the Mother Road to get me moved into my new home in Phoenix, AZ - my brother and I are back to complete our journey westward on Route 66!

Starting in the mountains of Flagstaff, AZ (yes Arizona has mountains) we motor west through beautiful historic western towns like Williams, Seligman, Kingman, and Oatman and finally crossing the Colorado River into the last state California! Where our final destination is Barstow, CA at the Route 66 Motel.

This was perhaps the most intense and exciting day of the trip! Western Arizona is absolutely beautiful with a wide range of different landscapes and geography. We road a new mountain coaster in Williams, paid a visit to Angel Delgadillo's barber shop who is known as the Guardian Angel of Route 66 in Seligman, survived the largest sand storm I have ever seen in my life, traversed the winding roads of the Black Mountains during a thunderstorm, and came face to face with a wild pack of donkeys in the streets of Oatman.
