Описание: I'm having a BSO - bilateral salpingo oophorectomy - plus the removal of the rest of my cervix, a trachelectomy, on Monday October 18th at 12:20pm (random time eh?). It will be done laproscopically using a robot and will hopefully be out patient, but if I am in a lot of pain they will keep me overnight. I am thrilled about this! Yes, surgery sucks, but I am doing it for a lot of different reasons and those matter more. I will no longer have to worry about diseased organs that I don't even want, and I can hopefully get faster T changes and be able to take less T. The clinic I went to is amazing and I was treated with total respect and dignity and called "he," "him," "Mr." and "sir." I also learned some transgender (mtm/ftm) healthcare information that I did not know, so yay for education.
