Hello friends.... Here I am sharing with you 3 different types of mathri recipes. Please do try and share your opinion.

1.. Ingredients for Palak ki Mathri
Spinach - 500 gm
Refined flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Sooji - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 3-4 Tbsp
Oil - To deep fry
2..Ingredients for Meethi Mathri
500 gm Refined flour (Maida)
500 gm sugar
1 cup ghee
oil to deep fry
3..Ingredients for Gud ki Mathri
2 cups Wheatflour
1/2 cup Sooji
1/2 or 2/3 cup Ghee
1 cup jaggery
Oil to fry
