📍 프로그램 소개
2025 코리아라운드 컬처가 두 번째로 선보이는 오스트리아와 한국의 공동 무용 프로젝트.
이번 공연은 2019년부터 현대무용을 중심으로 다양한 국가들의 문화를 융합한 퍼포먼스를 선보여 온 니키&마틴 듀오, 여러 댄스 장르를 넘나들며 시대의 모습을 몸으로 표현하는 버뮤다댄스컴퍼니가 함께했다. 올해 선보이는 '춤추는 광부들'은 ‘광부’라는, 이제는 사라져가지만 한때 시대의 가운데에 있었던 존재들의 희로애락을 역동적인 움직임으로 표현한다. 관객들은 문화와 언어의 경계를 뛰어넘는 두 팀의 협업 작품으로 광부라는 존재에 대해, 삶의 기쁨과 슬픔에 대해 생각해 보게 된다. 이번 공연은 지난 8월 23일과 24일, 서강대학교 메리홀 대극장에서 진행됐다. 다가올 10월에는 오스트리아 인스브루크, 빈에서 현지 관객들과도 만날 예정이다.

📍 Program Introduction
2025 Korea·A·Round Culture presents its second installment: a Korea–Austria collaborative dance project.
This performance brings together NikiMartin, a duo that has been creating performances blending cultures from different countries through contemporary dance since 2019, and Bermuda Dance Company, a group that expresses the spirit of the times through the body by moving across various dance genres. This year’s production, Dancing Miners, uses dynamic movements to portray the joys and sorrows of miners, the figures who, though now fading from society, once stood at the center of an era. Through this collaboration that transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries, audiences are invited to reflect on the lives of miners and on the universal experiences of joy and sorrow. The performance was staged on August 23rd and 24th at Sogang University’s Mary Hall Grand Theater. In October, it will travel to Innsbruck and Vienna, Austria, to meet with local audiences.
