Watercolor Pikachu Anime Panel illustrations is complete for now. I am looking forward to something like this on a slight larger sheet lord permits.
Though, its not a traditional panel I enjoyed experimenting with rendering styles. The pencil rendering contrast well with the lose watercolor illustration. Both textures and supporting inks and reflective colors brought some additional life to the piece.
The last thing I try was a more expressive PIKA! Font. The original was too small so tested two larger cut outs. Anytime your not sure how something would look on a piece, trace paper, computer sketch over or something like the letter cut outs helps to at least visualize it.
