In this video I have explained about a very important derivation in Thermodynamics. This derivation shows the dependence of Entropy on Temperature and Volume. This is a long derivation and frequently asked in examination as well. The formula can be derived by considering entropy and internal energy to be the function of temperature and volume. 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics is also used for this derivation.
With the help of the formula, the dependence of entropy on temperature and volume for an ideal gas can also be derived which helps us to solve a lot of numerical problems as well.
I have explained everything about the derivation in this video in English language and I have solved a numerical problem too to show the use of the formula.
