SRX23™ is an adhesive coated film for the production user that demands higher blast pressure and deep carving. The SRX23 is repositionable for easy image placement with superior blast resistance yet perfect choice for color fill applications with easy mask removal.

SRX23 has exceptional blast resistance to endure coarse grit with high pressure that is often used in production
facilities while maintaining detail in images.
The SRX23™ is available in 5MIL (125μ)

Requirements
SRX23™ can be processed easily with a UV light source, printed artwork on inkjet film and water. Please use our Hand Washer or Automatic Washout Unit to develope the photoresist propperly. A pressure roller is necessary to bind the processed photomask to the substrate surface. We can strongly recommend our Wire Wheel Brush; this handheld tool releases air trapped between the substrate and the photomask.

Artwork:
Prepare as mirrored or reflected images prior to printing. For easy removal of mask from plastic carrier, place a 3pt border around image. This will create a peel line.

Room Lighting
You do not need a darkroom or yellow lighting to use SRX23™. The film can be safely handled in white fluorescent lighting for a limited time. Avoid any room or area that has direct or indirect UV light such direct or indirect sunlight. Sunlight will expose the film in a matter of seconds.

Shelf life
Conservatively, 14 months at room temperature.
