Open Piano for Refugees is a great organization. It places pianos in public, where everyone is welcome to play. Open Pianos are the main finance for the DoReMi, where everyone is welcome to learn a musical instrument. I also sometimes play at their open pianos.

"Open Piano for Refugees enables music lessons for socially disadvantaged people. By putting grand pianos (open pianos) into public spaces, on which everyone is allowed to play, we collect donations. We are currently teaching music lessons in 11 different instruments to 185 students in the fifth semester of our social music institute DoReMi! Everyone is allowed to sign up and the lessons run on a fair pay-as-much-as-you-can basis. We want to make music lessons affordable for everyone. Music connects! "
