EASY LIFE: semi - automatic welding process by RITMO S.P.A.

Описание: Thanks to the special gearcase, the EASY LIFE system, can manage the welding process on a semi automatic way. The electronic system guarantees the continuous repeating of the welding cycles and automatically controls the preset parameters. The EASY LIFE system can store up to 400 joint reports; it is possible to transfer the welding data to PC/Laptop through a serial port (USB adaptor connector available) and data-management software. A printer can be connected to the serial port, to obtain a welding report at the end of each welding cycle.
Data-logging incorporated.

The EASY LIFE system is available for the complete BASIC Range and DELTA 500 (400 V). The DELTA 250 TRAILER, DELTA 355 ALL TERRAIN, DELTA 355 TRAILER and DELTA 630 ALL TERRAIN already incorporates the EASY LIFE system.

The EASY LIFE gearcase consists of: an extractable box in plastic featuring, a control panel with push buttons for managing "programming and process", welding pressure/time, an electric panel with a safety circuit breaker and overload cutout - power outlet, connection for the electronic data-logger Inspector, hydraulic hoses with non-drip fast couplings.
