In this series we look at how we used KaroroCAM to create all the toolpaths needed to machine a Kite Surfboard on a 3 axis CNC router.
Part 15 - Building of the Shaping Stand
For the finish sanding of the foam core after machining and the filler sanding after lamination we will need a shaping stand.
In this video CNC cut and assemble the stand plus add the protective EVA strip.

KaroroCAM allows you to quickly and simply develop CAM toolpaths within Rhino without needing to export or use external software.
To install KaroroCAM open the Package Manager in Rhino 8 (Windows or MacOS) and search for 'karorocam'.
