Once upon a time, two tiny ants named Zip and Zap lived in a big, green apple. They loved their home, with its sweet, juicy walls. "This is the best apple in the whole wide world!" Zip ant would say.

One sunny day, Zip ant had a big idea. "Let's explore our apple home!" he said to Zap. Zap ant, always ready for an adventure, agreed.

They started climbing down the apple core. It was dark and twisty, but they were brave little ants. Suddenly, they saw a tiny door. "Wow!" said Zap ant. "What's behind that door?"

With a little push, the door creaked open. Inside was a tiny, shiny room. "Look, Zip!" Zap ant cried, "Treasure!" But it wasn't gold or jewels. It was a pile of apple seeds!

"Seeds?" Zip ant said, disappointed. "That's no fun!" But Zap ant had a different idea. "Let's play hide-and-seek!" he suggested.

So, they played hide-and-seek among the seeds. They laughed and giggled until their sides ached. When they were tired, they curled up in a soft, seedy bed and went to sleep, dreaming of more adventures in their apple home.

The next morning, they woke up to find a big, bright light. A little girl was holding their apple! "Oh no!" cried Zip ant and Zap ant. They quickly hid in the deepest part of the apple core.

The girl took a big bite. The ants held on tight. Crunch! The girl took another bite. The ants squeezed their eyes shut. Crunch! And then, plop! They were out!

They landed on the girl's hand. She giggled and blew them away. Zip ant and Zap ant landed on a flower. They looked back at the apple core. It was gone.

"Well, that was an adventure," said Zip ant.
"The best apple adventure ever!" agreed Zap ant.

And so, the two little ants started a new adventure, exploring the big, wide world outside their apple home.
