This video is about a baby sparrow named Shakira who was saved by my friend (Sourav) and she grew up with me and my family...Her friendly nature and the way she got adjusted with us is not normally seen in sparrows... You may not find any such video on youtube...

Que. What do baby house sparrows eat?

The baby sparrows need a good amount of PROTEIN. So they are fed insects, bugs, spiders,ants etc by their mothers.

What I fed her -
Boiled chicken ( very tiny pieces)
Bajra ( grinded and mixed with water so it becomes soft)
Small pieces of roti
Bugs in the grains ( watch the video to know how i got the bugs) And believe me!!!!! She loved eating the bugs...

Que. What temperature is perfect for baby house sparrows?

NO air-conditioner and NO fan is required.
Be careful !!!! Keep your baby bird in warm places.

Que. How to give WATER to your bird?

I used mix glucose in the water and gave it to her with the help if a dropper.

Que. How to BATH / clean the baby sparrow?

Don't make her bath.. Keep the water in a small boul.. It she likes it she will bath in the water herself... My bird had a special way of bathing ( bathing in the plant). You will be able to see it in the video.
