Basque regions of Spain.
Prince Francisco Javier De Borbon Parma recently died of a heart failure in a Swiss hospital at the age of 88, but the Spanish Carlist movement, of which he was the patriarchal head, marches on without him. Supporters of the monarchy in Spain are divided into two rival factions since a rift which occured several centuries ago. The majority of the Spanish support the present king, Juan Carlos. However, there is another group which tried to see Prince Javier crowned as king, and now throw their support behind his son, Carlos Hugo. The situation becomes even more complex, however, as Javier's sons, Carlos and Sixto are politically divided, Carlos being much more leftist than his brother Sixto
