Bad video, taken with a cellphone.
It appears that, every single time I'm passing by Patrick Air Force Base (KCOF) with one of my cameras, nothing is happening. However, almost each time I'm passing by without, there is an interesting aircraft to catch.
Despite the terrible quality, one could easily recognize the blue banner on the tail, which is worn by the 9th Airlift Squadron from Dover Air Force Base (KDOV).
