This 8K 360 VR experience with spatial audio takes you on along a wondrous wintry waterway transformed with whimsical décor. Listen as the costumed chorus of children sings the classic "It’s a Small World (After All)" song and traditional holiday tunes. The enchantment begins as you approach the iconic façade, which is adorned with thousands of shimmering lights for the season.

This video has been captured in immersive 360° to watch on your mobile device, desktop or VR headset. It has been rendered in stunning 8K 360° with audio that has been captured in true 3D spatial 360° audio (ambix) using a Zoom H3 VR microphone. Ambisonics is a full-sphere surround sound format that will allow you to experience sound in all directions. It's the next best thing to being there!

Be sure to select the highest streaming quality on your device for best viewing experience (2160s in most cases for mobile, 4320s for 8K 360 desktop viewing if your computer can handle it). You can also experience this with a VR headset through YouTube's app. 360º views are supported on mobile YouTube App, Firefox & Chrome Browsers. Recorded with the GoPro Max (protune on: ISO Min100/Max1600, EV -2) at 30fps captured at 6K with 360 audio (ambix) and edited together in ProRes format/ upscaled to 8K 2D 360 using Adobe Premiere. Immersive audio captured with ZOOM H3-VR microphone for 3D spatial 360° audio

Regarding true resolution of an 8K 360° video:
Unlike standard videos, in a 360° video you can view only a part of original image (approximately 30-90 degrees out of 360). As result, the real resolution of the part you can see isn't bigger than 1.3K--2K (or slightly better than 1080p HD). As of 2022, 8K 360 is the max resolution YouTube can play. Hopefully someday YouTube will support 16K 360 video allowing for true 4K VR resolution and affordable cameras will exist to capture that :).
