Paris Airshow 2015 Le Salon du Bourget Airbus Aircraft

Описание: Paris airshow footage! Lots of footage filmed so this one shows the A350, A380, A400M, and E-Fan only (ergo, all the Airbus aircraft!). It's mostly plane porn.

The A350 XWB made an appearance which the crowds absolutely loved. It was an incredible beast to watch fly, definitely one of Airbus's great successes!

The A380 never gets old! (seriously, how huge is that thing!?!?!) I'm always amazed by how quiet such a huge aircraft can be. The pilots put the whale of the skies through its paces in front of mesmerized spectators. Despite this, it seems like Airbus may discontinue the A380, having not received enough orders. Indeed, not a single A380 was sold during the airshow.

The A400M is a pretty darn awesome aircraft with it's insane take off performance and stopping performance. The giant of the sky made a come back after its production was temporarily stopped due to a tragic accident in Spain. Cheaper maintenance and awesome performance, this tactical aircraft would be an excellent choice for pretty much any military force.

Finally we have the E-Fan. This is my favourite not because of the aircraft itself, but because of what it represents. Fully electric it currently has an endurance of 45min but that might quickly go up to 1h30 with more modern batteries and maybe even longer if Airbus manage to implement their insane idea of using superconduction to improve electric performance. The aircraft is aimed purely at the Flight training market. I'm glad to see an Aviation giant invest 20 million euros in such an important stepping stone for greener technology.
