Sermon Title: Joseph - A Picture of Christ

Call to Worship
L: We gather this day by the grace of God, the One from whom every good and perfect gift flows.
P: We come to worship the Lord, the source of all good things.
L: Though our hearts are prone to wander,
the Lord in mercy calls us home.
P: We lift our hearts to the God who never lets us go.
L: Let us fix our eyes on Christ,
through whom grace has come to us in abundance.
P: We worship with gratitude, joy, and trust in His steadfast love.

Prayer of Confession:

Gracious God,
You are the source of every blessing,
yet we confess that our hearts are often drawn away from You.
We forget Your goodness,
we resist Your ways,
and we trust in ourselves rather than in Your grace.

We are prone to wander, Lord, and we feel it.
Forgive us for our divided hearts.
Restore us by Your mercy,
bind our wandering hearts to You,
and renew our love for Christ,
in whose name we pray.
Amen.
