Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte.
From Hochkrimml, you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a red downhill run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless hours of high alpine skiing in this pristine part of Austria.
