This is a front load washer leaking from the back side. In the video you can see water coming from the rear tub bearing area, and the bearing looks very rusty. That’s a classic sign the tub bearing and seal are failing. When that happens, the washer can leak, get louder on spin, and eventually damage more parts if it keeps running.

What usually causes this leak?
Most of the time it’s a worn tub seal, then water gets into the bearing, and the bearing starts to rust and break down.
