It is Airbrushing for Scale Modelers by Aaron Skinner.
Beyond the basics, the topics covered in this book are pretty comprehensive, from using an airbrush for pre and post-shading, masking, painting small-scale items, creating soft edges with masking, silly putty, and poster putty.
It is well illustrated, and the directions are concise and easy to follow.
