Ciao fellow fitness lovers! This video is part one in a new series on here: Beginner's Gym Guide. I wanted to start the series with weight lifting because I have seen wonderful results from including it in both my own life and in the lives of the people I am lucky to work with.
I hope that this video sheds some light on the benefits of including this kind of training into your movement routine :)

Full Body Workout
Warm-up:
1. Bear crawl to alt low lunge x10-12 reps
2. Deep squat to updog x8-10 reps
3. Plank to downdog alt taps x10-12 reps
4. Side shuffles x10-12 reps
Workout Set 1:
1. Deadlifts x8-12 reps
2. Superset with knee tucks x20-30 reps
3 rounds
Workout Set 2:
1. Goblet squats x10-12 reps
2. Superset with push-ups x8-12 reps
3 rounds
Workout Set 3:
1. Overhead DB press x8-12 reps
2. Superset with DB rows x10-12 reps
3 rounds
Follow with a cooldown and stretch :)
