This oversized mask is inspired by classic Halloween imagery from the 1920 - 1940s, and it’s made almost entirely out of recycled materials like paper bags, newspaper, cardboard, and a beach ball. Whether you’re crafting for a costume, a Halloween party, or just want a statement decoration that screams spooky season, this DIY project is a great place to start!
