Описание: Gregorio Hernández de Alba, nacido en Bogotá y con residencias en Quito, Brasilia y Ciudad de México, canaliza la diversidad latinoamericana en su proyecto musical dj+1. Actualmente radicado en Madrid, España, explora la música electrónica desde una mirada sensible al territorio y a la memoria.

A través de sintetizadores, secuencias y experimentación digital, reimagina la identidad sonora del continente desde un enfoque contemporáneo e introspectivo. Sus composiciones dialogan con sus raíces e imaginarios, inspirándose en los sabores y aromas del territorio para crear universos sonoros propios.

Su live act se presenta en dos formatos: uno ambiental y otro orientado a la pista de baile, ambos construidos desde la síntesis y el diseño sonoro.

Además de su labor musical, Gregorio ha ejercido como periodista e investigador, abordando temas como la decolonialidad y la exotización comercial de las culturas.

Es cofundador del sello In-Correcto y ha participado en festivales como Bahidorá y Akamba (México). También ha colaborado con medios como Resident Advisor y Norient Sounds, y actualmente es residente en las radios Worldwide FM y Oroko Radio.

Gregorio Hernández de Alba, born in Bogotá and having lived in Quito, Brasília, and Mexico City, channels Latin America’s diversity through his musical project dj+1. Currently based in Madrid, Spain, he explores electronic music through an approach that is deeply attentive to territory and memory.

Through synthesizers, sequencing, and digital experimentation, he reimagines the continent’s sonic identity from a contemporary and introspective perspective. His compositions engage with his roots and imaginaries, drawing inspiration from the flavors and aromas of the land to create his own sonic universes.

His live act is presented in two formats: an ambient set and a dancefloor-oriented performance, both built through synthesis and sound design.

Alongside his musical practice, Gregorio has also worked as a journalist and researcher, addressing topics such as decoloniality and commercial exotification.

He is co-founder of the label In-Correcto and has performed at festivals such as Bahidorá and Akamba (Mexico). His work has appeared in media outlets including Resident Advisor and Norient Sounds, and he is currently a resident at Worldwide FM and Oroko Radio.
