Can you do Cross-Fit on a Vegan, High-Raw Vegan, or Fully Raw-Vegan Diet? Are You Getting Enough Protein? In this video, I interviewed my friend Garth Jones for the second time, where we discuss his diet and macronutrient modifications to fuel his intense workouts. He is a CrossFit athlete, an artist, musician, and philosopher, in addition to having a full-time job in the field of informatics and programming. Garth's diet is predominantly fresh fruits, veggies, greens, sprouted cereals, legumes, seeds, and he recently incorporated hemp protein powder to keep up with his workouts. This allows him to practice his sport (CrossFit) with ease and to hit his goals.

✪ WHO IS DR. ARELI?
I am a Physician, a Pathologist, and Neuropathologist, and I am certified by the University of Winchester in Plant-Based Nutrition. I have a full-time job as pathologist and during my free time I like to post educational content on social media to raise awareness about the benefits of a plant-based diet with an emphasis on raw foods. Since Feb 2023, I have been eating now a high-raw diet. Over 80% (close to 90%) of my diet is in the form of fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, and sprouts. The rest is cooked legumes and pulses. I also include tempe and organic non-GMO tofu and organic raw protein powder for my workouts.
