In today's video, we go over how to catch Shallow Water Gag Grouper Offshore of Tampa Bay. This year, we only have two weeks, September 1-14, to catch them. This day was a good bite; we didn't get to the ramp until after 2, and the bite was pretty much on until sunset. We started each spot with dead bait to chum it up then we transitioned into using live bait. We also used some trolling plugs and we left them chewing.
The first thing we go over is what rig to use which is a (Fish Finder RIg)
Then we cover how to start fishing a spot when you first get there by using dead bait, then switching to live bait.
