I have some guilty confessions on how I made it on time to my appointment today lol but I figured I would do that while I finally take a minute and install my lap stacker! Accessibility, Inflammation, and Dad Life – Let’s Chat LIVE

I have had this car for about 17 years! It has done really well for me! I bought it wrecked and fixed it up into what it is and I have driven it for about 100,000 miles now! A lot of those miles are triple digit miles an hour Lol.

Anyways, I had a minute in between appointments and figured I would work on installing my Wheelchair accessory called a Lab stacker. I need to do it before before I make myself crazy! If you’re in a wheelchair, you probably relate and are always putting things on your lap only to find out they end up on the ground! And the more you try to keep things on your lap, the more they fall off! This lap stacker has been the best thing in the world And the handiest tool on my wheelchair! But I’ve got a minute to work on it so I figured I better throw it on here!

I Came up to an appointment for my wounds and everything on my feet and legs are doing really well! Almost almost almost healed up! Andrea is a godsend for sure! She has kept me keeping my feet up in bed and has taken on all of the extra work in order to sacrifice so I can heal up and take care of my body!

I’m here to tell you it is a must to slow down and take care of yourself! I have healed more in the last two months than I have the last 2 1/2 years! I probably would’ve been able to save myself this whole last year of infections if I had just taken it easy and listened to everyone in the beginning!

This is your warning to take it easy if you’ve been told to do it, do it! If you have swelling on your feet, take a break and elevate! Your health is number one!
