Check out this special #JP200 video series that highlights our Jefferson Parish Library system! Special thanks to Library Marketing Director David Johnson and Library Associate Cyril Lagvanec for taking the time to talk about the library’s history. From its humble origins in November, 1949 with the opening of its first branch in Gretna, to today's seventeen branches, spanning both the Eastbank and Westbank, the Jefferson Parish Library has evolved to include outreach initiatives such as the Library of Things and the Experience Pass Program, as well as a large collection of digital assets available for downloading. #JP200
