On their way to a psycology conference, Kyle, Josh, and Nicole get into an accident. With no communication, the three find themselves stuck in the woods. To make matters worse, the person they crashed into, Gretchen, goes into labor. Nicole is stuck in the car and Kyle comes back every five minutes for helpful tips on how to deliver Gretchen's baby. Kyle delivers the baby with Josh's help. Gretchen gives birth to a baby boy and names him Kyle. Kyle communicates with Jessi, and they send help right away. Nicole is found bleeding uncontrollably and has fainted and is hospitalized. Kyle impersonates a doctor and uses his powers to make Nicole better. But his plan fails so he turns to Latnok. But there's one problem, Latnok will give them the remedy to save Nicole if he joins them. Kyle agrees and inserts the vial into Nicole's IV. Meanwhile, Lori and Jessi are having trouble with each other. Elsewhere, Josh keeps calling Andy, but she does not answer. Finally, he leaves a voicemail saying that Nicole has been hospitalized and she comes back. Kyle returns from Nicole's room saying that she will be okay. Lori apologizes to Jessi for being so rude.

It's just so sad that this 3rd season of Kyle XY will be it's last...
