1. Do not turn it on
2. Do not plug it in/try to charge it
3. Do not press any buttons or keys
4. Do not shake, tap or bang the phone
5. Do not blow on it. This could send water into other internal parts of the phone that it hadn't already reached, causing more damage in the process

What you should do?

Step #1: Turn off the phone if it's still on
Step #2: Use tissue paper to dry the visible water
Step #3: Use light hair dryer (Don't over do it)
Step #4: Put the wet phone inside rice bowel for a day or two
Step #5: Take out the phone and try to turn it on
Step #6: If the phone still does not works then reach out repairing center

Note: Because rice is great water absorbent that is why it helps to dry the wet phone. Also be careful when using hair dryer. Because using for long time can cause further damage. So use it for few seconds to evaporate the water.
