Video Diary: The Total Solar Eclipse
Ollie and I roadtripped to Wyoming, to see the moon pass over the sun.
We slept in the car, camped, built fires, went canoeing on wind-whipped lakes, laughed a lot, and ate tonnes of thimbleberries!
Then, on the morning of the eclipse, we awoke before dawn, and climbed to a small ledge in the Grand Tetons. We found a spot overlooking Lake Jenny, and watched as the sky turned dark, the stars came out, and the sun became a ring of white flames.
I documented our adventures, and my thoughts, to share with you. This video is packed with yummy bits and pieces, including:
snippets of our adventures,
the darkening of the sky,
footage of the eclipse,
moon shaped shadows,
shenanigans with Oliver
