Just outside of Dumaguete City sits the city of Valencia. Here you can find a ton of hiking options and waterfalls to explore. I did all of that and also had a chance to try 12 peso ($0.21) homemade ice cream. The kind filipinos in this video would not let me pay! I also took advantage of the public transportation in the area.
