After searching the internet and talking to people way smarter than me we figured out whats up with my throttle body. To go down the list of things I tried was spraying everything with carb cleaner looking for a vacuum leak, checked all of the idle linkages, completely pulled the TB apart and cleaned everything. None of those worked so Adam suggested I check the Thermowax and low and behold I left that on the TB. It was keeping the blades open a hair and causing our high idle. Now that is fixed it is time to go back and redo the fuel system to getting for turbo time.
