Disgaea 5: Lvl1-300 in 6min. (Early Level Grinding)

Im not going to lie, im not good at level grinding, however I found this trick by accident when I made Flonne 'Hog all Mana', instead of 'Hog all EXP.' I bought the Healing Hands Evility, with said mana, then shared it with Sicily via Evility Scroll Conversion from the Chara World. Other Evilities like Happy Song, Hungry Spirit, and Research Desire, just stack on/help with the boosting of Exp, with the addition of the cheat shop as well.
Sorri its a bit choppy at the beginning. You can do this for however long you like, I just stop at 300-500 because it takes longer after the 450 mark. I haven't beat the game at this point, but I leveled up my characters early so I have something to do after I get sick of level grinding.
