Tips for you on getting from the Halifax international airport to a hotel in Dartmouth crossing.
Take a look what's outside the airport, bus stop, car rental office, airport Alt hotel. Tim Hortons and Gas station are on the way out before you enter the highway.
Then we are driving on a highway towards Halifax Dartmouth, and talking about the area, the hotels around the airport. Also, find out out what you can't bring with you to Canada from another country. We see along the highway airport hotels, lakes, area of Fall river- a beautiful place to live- new and older homes on large lots and some on a lake frontage,. It's a nice area with good schools, grocery store and more conveniences. As we enter Dartmouth Crossing- the biggest shopping district in the Halifax area connected to Burnside Industrial park, we can see a Marriott hotel, Mcdonalds, Tim Hortons and The Keg restaurant. Then more shopping including Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, smaller shops in the strip mall area and finally our destination-Hilton Hotel, which has lots of parking, a playground and many food and other shops right in front. The hotel is equipped with a pool and a slide. Dartmouth Crossing is a great place to sty if you are coming to Dartmouth or Halifax Nova Scotia to look for a house to buy.
