Today, I'm painting some planets in space! This was so much fun to paint, since I originally didn't plan to use such strong colors, it just kind of happened as I went on :) In the end, it turned out looking like some candy-colored galaxy :D
I guess this shows that when you're painting space, there really isn't any limitations as to what colors you can use. Everything goes in art!
Hopefully you can get some ideas from this time lapse on how to paint your own planets and create your own galaxies! The colors I used:
Cadmium red
Cadmium yellow
Naples yellow
Phthalo green
Phthalo blue
Magenta
Black
White
