Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has issued a strong statement on the worsening air quality in Delhi, saying that dust accumulation on roads and vehicle emissions are major contributors. He revealed that the Delhi government has identified around 62 new pollution hotspots. Sirsa added that ministers are conducting inspections today on the directions of the Chief Minister, calling it a “war against pollution” led by the Delhi government.
