A short tour through the telescope with additional footage from the drone.

The new SOLAT Telescope (Simons Observatory Large Aperture Telescope) was developed to explore the CMB science at small angular scales. It has a crossed Dragone optical design with a 6 meter diameter aperture and will work with three other new Simons Telescopes, the SATP, in the Atacama Desert, Chile.
