i think there are three steps work you need to do
The first step is a due diligence on the company
so it means you need your lawyer
accountant
to go to the company and
conduct the due diligence work to make sure this company
is operating in a way
that you are satisfied with
For example
it may not have the debts on or it hasn't like have
a big guarantee to other company
or is not involved in too many lawsuits
So that's the first step
The second step is to
sign and enter into a equity purchase agreement
So it's an agreement between you and the original shareholder
making sure all the necessary clauses are in those agreements
The third step is once this agreement be signed
you can make your payment
and also you can start
the market supervision
