The CareAline™ Sleeve for PICC lines is designed to cover and protect the body, external catheter line(s) and cap(s). The sleeve covers the insertion area and dressing protecting it from clothing, rubbing, and other external influences (this does not replace the sterile bandage used to secure the insertion site). The CareAline Sleeve keeps the lines in place keeping it off the patient's skin. This eliminates the need for irritating tape to hold the tube and cap in place when the patient is not being treated. There is a pocket to keep your caps and lines safe and secure while not in use as well as a privacy cover. Our garments do not need to be removed for treatment. Sleeves are made out of a 94% Cotton/ 6% Spandex blend knit fabric, which allows the sleeve to stay snug, while moving with the patient. There are no snaps or metal, allowing them to be worn during scans and x-rays.
