Speed training for college football in the fall! Averaging over 20 mph every sprint even when I'm tired is the goal. Yes it's different from running on the field and track but it's getting my legs, posture, and strides so much better/stronger! I ran a 4.38 on my 40 yard dash in my college football tryout so it's definitely improving my speed on the field! I'm on the verge of completely getting a new gear of speed. I feel it!
