This is part 2 in the series on making a cabinet for my ever growing collection of Bourbon.
I'm starting with rough sawn Oak for the cabinets, the joinery method will be half blind Dovetails.
A pre-veneered mdf back panel will be inset in the back with bookshelf strips routed into the side panels to allow for an adjustable shelf.
The doors will be made from Oak frames, with mitred half lap joints (maybe with a decorative butterfly.
For the door panels I will veneering some birds eye maple onto mdf (or ply) panels myself.
