This modern flower pendant light is a great way to add a little bit of light to any room in your home. It's easy to make, and you can customize it to match your style. Whether you're looking for a simple light that you can easily change color, or a beautiful light that will transform your room, this pendant light is the perfect solution!

We started by soaking rattan in cold water. The cane was dried and bent into a drop-like shape and glued together.

This was the first of several cane leaves that together would give the shape of a flower-like DIY pendant lamp.

The rattan drop was applied with adhesive around the upper surface and placed on a white fabric and placed under pressure until it had dried.

When the lamp blade had dried, the fabric was cut after the rattan. We cut as close to the edge as possible and used curved scissors. So eight large leaves and eight smaller leaves were made of rattan and cloth.

The frame for the DIY hanging lamp was made of two cloth blocks that were glued together and drilled to make the lamp holder fit.
The block was sawn around and ground to then drill sixteen small holes for all the blades.

The frame and lamp holder were hung from the ceiling and all the rattan leaves were hung from the lamp.

With all the leaves mounted, they needed to be bent and twisted to make the design look like a beautiful flower. This took its time and was tricky, but in the end, the DIY pendant lamp was ready.
