Matt has had a presence on YouTube for years, has a big podcast and a running business. He recently got a lot of attention for something non sport related, and was detained for more than four months in Japan.
Matt is also a very fast marathoner, with a PB of 2:18. In this episode, we chat about his running journey, what marginal gains helped him run that PB, and we touch on the Japan incident.
