It's Valentine's Day, so let's make Smoked Dungeness Crab and Smoked Whiskey Steak on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. We will reverse-sear these Porterhouse steaks and make a Cafe de Paris butter to go with them. I'll also make a Chili-Lime Butter to pari with these smoked Dungeness Crabs.
Ingredients
• 2 Porterhouse Steaks, 2.5lb each
• 2 lbs Dungeness Crabs
Whiskey Steak Marinade
• 1.5 cups whiskey
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 2 tbsp Himalayan Sea Salt
Dungeness Crab Chili-Lime Butter
• 2 sticks salted butter
• 1 tbsp minced garlic

Café De Paris Steak Butter
• 2 sticks melted salted butter
• 1 cup chopped parsley
• 3 tbsp chopped chives
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 3 tsp shredded Parmesan Cheese
• ½ tsp Himalayan fine sea salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
