In the last 3 years I've completed 8 full rounds of Whole 30 and would love to encourage you do to so too. Whole 30 is a complete body reset FOR YOUR MIND + BODY.
Your only job during the Whole30 is to focus on making good food choices. You don’t need to weigh or measure, count calories, restrict calories, or purchase everything organic or grass-fed. Your only job is to stick to the Whole30 rules for 30 straight days… no cheats, no slips, no “special occasions.”
WHAT TO EAT: Eat meat, seafood, and eggs; vegetables and fruit; natural fats; and herbs, spices, and seasonings. Eat foods with a simple or recognizable list of ingredients, or no ingredients at all because they’re whole and unprocessed.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON WHOLE 30:
-Sugar (real and artificial)
No Alcohol (not even for cooking)
-No form of legumes
-No Grains
-No Dairy
-No baked goods or junk food
Lastly, do not jump on the scale or measure your body for 30 days.
