Sprouted Moong Dal Dosa/ Pesarattu is a very healthy and easy Breakfast recipe of Andhra Pradesh. It is a crispy crepe prepared with whole moong dal. Pesarattu literally means Moong Dal Dosa. In Telugu, Pesara means green moong lentils or moong dal and Attu means dosa. It is very nutritious and vegan recipe. Ingredients for Pesarattu/ Sprouted Moong Dal Dosa:
• 1 cup Moong Dal Sprouts
• 2 tbsp Rice Flour
• 2 Green Chili
• ½ inch Ginger
• 2 tbsp Green Coriander Leaves
• 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
• 1 Carrot (Grated)
• ¼ Capsicum/ Green Bell Pepper (Finely Chopped)
• Salt to taste
अंकुरित मूंग दाल डोसा के लिए सामग्री:
• 1 कप अंकुरित मूंग दाल
• 2 बड़े चम्मच चावल का आटा
• 2 हरी मिर्च
• ½ इंच अदरक
• 2 बड़ा चम्मच हरा धनिया
• 1 प्याज (बारीक कटा हुआ)
• 1 गाजर (कसा हुआ)
• ¼ शिमला मिर्च (बारीक कटा हुआ)
• नमक स्वादअनुसार
