The Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) of USDOT/PHMSA classify both flammable and combustible liquids in hazard class 3 (you can learn about that in an earlier video). In this video I describe the two options available to a shipper of HazMat for the transportation of a class 3 Combustible Liquid under the Combustible Liquid Exception.
